Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 24, 2023, Evolve Transition Infrastructure LP (the “Partnership”) commenced a marketing process for the sale of all or substantially all of the Partnership’s assets. No assurances can be given that the marketing process will result in a successful transaction.
